Welcome
Our vineyards stretch around Niederrußbach – along the Southern Weinviertel Wine Road, where valuable loess soil predominates. A love for wine, the special location, and harmony with nature allow our wines to mature into something truly special. Trying new things – continuing time-tested traditions – all while constantly striving for the highest quality:
– this is the guiding principle of Herbert Baier, who now runs the winery in its 8th generation.

RUVINUM PANORAMA PRESS
Join us for a summer wine tasting at the Ruvinum Panorama Press, the new scenic platform nestled in the heart of the vineyards in Niederrußbach.
From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Where? At the Ruvinum Panorama Press – right in the vineyards with stunning panoramic views across the southern Weinviertel region, from Bisamberg to Göttweig.
• Getting there: Head behind the church and follow the signs. Parking is available directly at the platform or behind the church, followed by a short walk through picturesque vineyards.
• Featuring a giant tree wine press with a bar inside the press basket
• We look forward to a relaxed and beautiful summer day with you!
