Winery
The first wine was produced on our winery over 200 years ago. A variety of the best vineyards around Niederrußbach, such as the Kirchboden, Goldberg and Ölberg sites, play a major role and give the wines an authentic style that is an expression of the region and the signature of Herbert Baier.

This uncompromising pursuit of quality results in top-quality wines being produced every year with a conscious focus on our Weinviertel region. The basis of the 15 hectares of vineyards is deep, sandy loess soil with a high lime content. By processing the grapes carefully, we aim to produce wines that are ambassadors of our signature, passion and our region.
